In a recent post, I complained about the community being ignored this is yet another response to a complaint about the wiki being to technical or written exclusively for geeks by geeks. The beauty of the Ubuntu Wiki is it is available to be edited by the average person who has some time on their hands. The requirement, have a login to the wiki (a launchpad account) and know how to spell. The same is true with the (X)(K)Ubuntu help system, don’t like how something is written in the help file, submit a bug on launchpad, or send an email to ubuntu-doc@lists.ubuntu.com to help us make it better.
The Ubuntu-Doc team strives to make system documentation, both included with the OS and on the Wiki understandable for normal users. So go ahead and give it a try… We will be nice to you
